Horns Up Rocks and Jefferson Avenue Productions proudly present: Hixonfest 2010! Hosted by RICHARD CHRISTY of The Howard Stern Show and current drummer for Charred Walls of the Damned / former Death and Iced Earth drummer!

For your listening pleasure we bring to you, CANONS, Lies Beneath, S.W.A.K., Judas Priestess (an all female tribute to the Gods of metal, Judas Priest) and THE HIXON! The Hixon, just shared the stage with Richard’s band Charred Walls of the Damned, and are an insanely talented group of musicians, The Hixon is Heavy Metal at it’s finest!

This is NOT going to just be another night of a few bands playing and then we all go home… Hixonfest 2010 is MUCH more then that!

Frankie Scorpion will be hosting the Crown Ink Divas Model Search. This means you are going to see some beautiful women showing off some of their talent in the art of the pole dance… sexy women dancing on strip poles, come-on that alone is worth the price of admission.

We have a DJ set by Jo Schuftan of Horns Up Rocks in between bands to keep your ears entertained and your heads banging (http://www.hornsuprocks.com/)

We will also be raffling off two (2) SLAYER tickets for Friday October 8th at Nassau Coliseum (where we will be celebrating the October Birthdays of Jo Schuftan from Horns Up Rocks AND Tim Strohsnitter of Jefferson Avenue Productions)! Your ticket stub will also serve as your raffle ticket so BE SURE TO PICK UP TICKETS BEFORE THE SHOW as tickets / raffle tickets might not be available at the door as ticket numbers are limited. Tickets are only $12, this means that for $12 you are going to have an unforgeable night and a chance at two (2) Slayer tickets (which, we all know, are valued at well over $12 each).

There will be plenty of other give aways and things going on at Hixonfest 2010… DO NOT MISS THIS ONE! Already picked the music raffle item from Liz Snair from Tones of Death – they hooked it up!
